What the enquiry form collects

Your name, mobile number, requested shifting date, optional pickup area, optional destination area, service selection and agreement to be contacted. Please use area names at this stage; do not include identity documents, payment details, precise home access codes or other sensitive information.

Why it is collected

To respond to your request, discuss the move and prepare a proposed scope. The form asks for your consent to this contact. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

The current local development version stores enquiries in a local MongoDB database. It also stores a reference, creation time, enquiry status, a request identifier, duplicate-detection values and the privacy notice version. There is no public enquiry listing. Access is restricted to the local development environment. Production hosting, authorised recipients and any service providers must be documented before launch.

Enquiry receipts and optional measurement

A necessary, HttpOnly receipt cookie lasts up to 30 minutes so this browser can confirm a saved enquiry. Tab-scoped browser storage holds only opaque request and receipt identifiers to prevent duplicate submissions; it does not store your name, number or location. The thank-you page contains your reference, not your contact details.

External conversion tracking and campaign capture are currently disabled. If optional campaign measurement is enabled after review, it requires a separate opt-in that does not affect your enquiry. Only approved campaign tokens, numeric campaign IDs and distinct click identifiers may then be saved with the enquiry. Free-text search terms and campaign labels are excluded. Contact details and moving locations are never included in general analytics events or web addresses.

No email, Google Sheets, Telegram or automated WhatsApp notification provider is connected in this version. Any future sharing requires an approved destination and updated privacy information.

Retention

The development database is configured to expire enquiry records after 90 days using a MongoDB TTL index. Removal runs periodically and may not be immediate. A production retention schedule, backup deletion process and lawful recordkeeping obligations require business approval before launch.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, call +971 566581881 and quote your enquiry reference where possible. The identity-verification and request-handling process must be approved before launch.

WhatsApp, calls and technical data

WhatsApp links open a separate service subject to its own privacy terms. The site does not send messages or place calls automatically. This version adds no analytics or advertising cookies. Normal hosting and infrastructure logs may process technical data; their providers, location and retention must be reviewed before production.

Business details and international transfers

The registered entity, privacy contact, hosting region, transfer arrangements and regulatory notices remain to be supplied and legally reviewed. This notice must be updated if the database moves to MongoDB Atlas or the website moves to Vercel.
